For decades, diagnosing sewer problems was a game of educated guessing. Plumbers would rely on the “feel” of the snake cable or simply start digging where they thought the problem might be. Today, high-definition video camera inspections have revolutionized the industry, acting as an MRI for your home’s plumbing system. This technology allows technicians to travel visually through the underground infrastructure, pinpointing the exact location, depth, and nature of any issue.

When a technician runs a camera down your line, they are looking for specific structural defects that tell the story of your sewer’s health. While the footage might look like a dark, blurry tunnel to the untrained eye, a skilled professional sees a detailed narrative of age, shifting soil, and organic intrusion.
